...and boy has it been a while since I've posted on here. Sorry about that all, but this latest project took me a little to finish and I got a photography job in the meantime which gave me more work to do so it's just been busy, busy, busy over here. At any rate I think those of you following my sewing adventures are going to love this new one...I know I do :) Well, I won't keep you waiting any longer, here it is...</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-97_BdH083RA/T62LUmntB9I/AAAAAAAACRw/0wY3ukmJQlk/s1600/IMG_1888-2_edited-5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-97_BdH083RA/T62LUmntB9I/AAAAAAAACRw/0wY3ukmJQlk/s320/IMG_1888-2_edited-5.jpg" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Oh' I just love this pic of my Tillie too! I thought her expression was just perfect. The colors here are a tad off due to some photoshop actions used, but I love the end result! Oh' and I made the pretty hairpiece too! I even hand curled all those feathers...that was a blast, not!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Here's another shot...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S25zSKhqm9g/T62Mah-fZLI/AAAAAAAACR4/Fn7-7NVcDvY/s1600/IMG_1931_edited-5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S25zSKhqm9g/T62Mah-fZLI/AAAAAAAACR4/Fn7-7NVcDvY/s320/IMG_1931_edited-5.jpg" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
... and the this is pretty much what the colors look like. I love, love, love how this turned out and she got tons of compliments when we went out. This outfit here is going to run around $60USD depending on the size and goes from 18mos to a size 6. My daughter is wearing a size 4T which is the store size I would buy for her. I have a size 24mo already cut out in this same fabric, feel free to message me with any inquiries. Sorry for the little sales pitch, but I get so many people interested when we are out and I still don't have business cards made...I know it's terrible, that I thought I should put it out there for interested folks.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have more in the works...a modified pillowcase dress that's almost finished, another romper, but pants,so adorable though, and some top and capri sets. I'm also going to be working on some neat military camo sets so stay tuned for that. This is all for today, I'll be back into those paper crags soon, I promise:)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!</div>

It seems I've got the sewing bug,lol. I've made Tillie another dress(number 3 actually) and I even sort of came up with this one myself. I got the basic layout from another <a href="http://createkidscouture.com/" target="_blank">Create Kids Couture</a> pattern, but used different fabric and changed the measurements and came up with this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4yCeiQzJ3fQ/T42H6PxH5qI/AAAAAAAACRg/fVujidaV-Lc/s1600/IMG_1369one.4web.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4yCeiQzJ3fQ/T42H6PxH5qI/AAAAAAAACRg/fVujidaV-Lc/s320/IMG_1369one.4web.jpg" width="213" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">... I know this isn't a full shot, but the ruffles go down to around her knees and that's it. I really liked this pic and started editing it first and my back can only take so much so I haven't gotten a full length one done yet. I did her hair really cool too when she wore this and people over it, so here's a shot of that...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yip2djXZPjU/T42IShSY9xI/AAAAAAAACRo/W4xc6yBDnTo/s1600/IMG_1420fiveweb.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yip2djXZPjU/T42IShSY9xI/AAAAAAAACRo/W4xc6yBDnTo/s320/IMG_1420fiveweb.jpg" width="213" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

<br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">...I found it on uTube and it's much easier to do than it looks. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Ok, well that's all for me today. I'm not sure when I'm gonna be back with another paper craft probably at least a couple of weeks, as I keep on getting asked about her dresses so I've decided to try and make some for sale. Since I was planning a yard sale in May I'm going to try and do them at the same time. I will post more clothes as I get them done and I'm still having trouble with my etsy shop, so if you see anything you're interested in let me know, I'm looking into what else I can do.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

Anyway, I've had a wonderful run with the lovely ladies over as <a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Southern Girls</a> but the time has come for me to say goodbye. To <a href="http://stampingseasons.blogspot.co.nz/" target="_blank">Tracy</a> and <a href="http://punknscrap2.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Lou</a>, thank you so very much for hanging with me for so long, it's been a pleasure working with such sweet ladies! If any of you ever has the chance to be on their DT, take it! I don't think I've been on a more understanding and supportive DT and quite frankly isn't that what this is all about. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Well, I won't babble on for foever. The theme this week is: Fancy Folds and our wonderful sponsors are Delicious Doodles for NZ/Aus and The Paper Shelter for Int.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I got the pleasure of working with an image from Delicious Doodles and here's what I came up with...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">... there is a really great poem I found on the left, I will write my sentiment in the middle, and the little section on the right is a pocket holding a magnetic bookmark...mom's an avid reader. I finally managed to get it finished just before i got the flu and then my DD got sick and we had some bad weather so I didn't get pics until the week of Spring Break(last week). I'm happy to report the dress turned out beautifully...and that's not just my opinion,lol, I was told by several people if I had more they would buy them so, I'm thinking about starting another venture. So it makes me a little nervous to show you all here, but here goes...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oxl4XAQit2s/T3Hu3fGcRGI/AAAAAAAACQw/xBP4HD2WJYY/s1600/IMG_0367five.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oxl4XAQit2s/T3Hu3fGcRGI/AAAAAAAACQw/xBP4HD2WJYY/s320/IMG_0367five.jpg" width="228" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">DD likes to call this her princess dress and she loves it!! Thank goodness! I actually used two different patterns one for a peasant dress found<span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;"> <a href="http://createkidscouture.com/item_23/Marissas-Perfect-Peasant-Dress-PDF-Pattern.htm" target="_blank"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">here</span></a> </span></span>and the other was for a skirt wrap found <span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;"><a href="http://createkidscouture.com/item_33/Shastas-Skirt-Wrap-and-Apron-Set-PDF-Pattern.htm" target="_blank"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">here</span></a> </span>both from a wonderful store called<a href="http://createkidscouture.com/" target="_blank"> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">Create Kids Couture</span></a><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">.</span> The patterns are downloaded and you print out the pieces you need and the instructions are clear and to the point and filled with pictures, so easy. I got most of the dress done in one day and the skirt I made for DD at christmas took me three and that was mostly because I couldn't understand the instructions. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Ok, so I let DD have some fun in her dress too, here's a couple more pics...</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-O7jqXORsBkI/T3HwA2jKMOI/AAAAAAAACRA/QcgUNlcuA20/s1600/IMG_0280one4x6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-O7jqXORsBkI/T3HwA2jKMOI/AAAAAAAACRA/QcgUNlcuA20/s320/IMG_0280one4x6.jpg" width="213" /></a><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WeJrjphlZ6A/T3HvImfmKHI/AAAAAAAACQ4/OZlMINGWZ4c/s1600/IMG_0278one4x6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WeJrjphlZ6A/T3HvImfmKHI/AAAAAAAACQ4/OZlMINGWZ4c/s320/IMG_0278one4x6.jpg" width="213" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">She quite enjoys twirling in this dress and I actually made a whole photo strip of it, but it wouldn't fit on here...at least in any size you could see very well, so I opted for just these two. Be on the lookout for more pretty dresses to come and hopefully I'll be able to sell some in my ETSY shop. It's empty now, cause they seemed to have changed things since I last posted anything and I can't seemed to get my pics sized right so they won't upload...if I make them any smaller they are going to disappear, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it's sucking! Hope you all are well!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Thanks for stopping by and taking a look today. I should have some more paper crafts up soon! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Hello all and thanks for stopping by my blog today! I was so pleased when <a href="http://www.saturatedcanary.blogspot.com/"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">Krista</span></a> said she chose my idea for her new release and oh' how I love him...and I hope you will too! I'm running a little behind today, so sorry if you've had to come around twice, I overslept and still had to take pics and deal with four kiddos in between(its spring break here, so my apologies). Without further ado` though here is my Sporty Guy...</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Isn't he just adorable!! My oldest is always running around the ball court with his tongue hanging out and I keep telling him to be careful about that, but it sure makes a cute stamp, doesn't it! Looks like he's concentrating real hard I think. These papers are from a MME stack and I thought they fit the bill nicely. I have a closer shot too and I'll be back in a minute with that, but I wanted to get this posted. Thanks again <a href="http://www.saturatedcanary.blogspot.com/"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">Krista</span> </a>and for all of you interested the stamps should be in the <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/SaturatedCanaryDigis?ref=em"> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;">Krista's shop</span></a> soon!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

My dear blogging friends March has just not been kind to me and one thing seems to go wrong after another. I got sick last week and just as I thought I was on the mend the ugliness really showed up and just yesterday spent the first day out of my room since Sunday. I sorely miss my crafting but when your tummy feels all blah it's hard to get anything done. At least I am out of my room again today and actually hope to leave the house...we'll see how that goes, but we do desperately need some food. Hopefully today brings with it the ability to eat some food with flavor and NOT feel sick and a good outlook for tomorrow...at least I'm still out of my room :) At any rate I wanted to let my regular visitors know I haven't dropped off the face of the earth and I hope to be back soon! Until then...<br />

<br />
...I at least found you some pretty flowers taken a few years back. Hope this month has been kind to you and I'll be back asap.<br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">... because I'm on the mend, or so I hope. As some of you may know I've been struggling with some really severe back pain for some time now and last week I started physical therapy. Well, turns out it's gonna get worse before it gets better :( The first day(last Tuesday) was good, but then things went down hill and by Friday I could barely move my arm...luckily I had my second appointment then, but unfortunately I've still been in a lot of pain and my husband had to leave town on Saturday so to top it off I've got four kids to myself...what fun! I've been taking it easy so as not to aggrivate anything and it's feeling better today, so i think my plan is working. I suspect after tomorrow's appointment things will really be felling better and I can get DD's dress finished...so close and it's looking good,yay, and then back to some paper crafts.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I didn't want to leave you all in the lurch having finally gotten back into the swing of things so I thought I could at least share this pic with you that I took a few years back. Maybe it's not your cup of tea, but I really like it. This is actually a reflection in a mud puddle. Just amazing where you can find beauty sometimes isn't it. It seems I've finally got all gears up and running again,lol. I REALLY enjoyed making this card and I hope you like it. I actually started this a while back for a TOMIC challenge, but I must have run out of time cause it didn't get finished. Well, I decided to take another look at it and I had to finish some coloring and I chose some new paper and it went from there. This...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">... is what I came up with. It probably doesn't look like much from the outside, but it does have one little suprise....</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-t_NiDrfFZOg/T0apBD06I8I/AAAAAAAACP8/Acy3RZUzNYk/s1600/SecTildaOpn1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="186" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-t_NiDrfFZOg/T0apBD06I8I/AAAAAAAACP8/Acy3RZUzNYk/s320/SecTildaOpn1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">.... it opens to this beautiful image and I didn't want to take away from that, so...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ILzqiwV-QmI/T0apU52pCqI/AAAAAAAACQE/l13JUOxrN7c/s1600/SecTildaOpn2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="180" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ILzqiwV-QmI/T0apU52pCqI/AAAAAAAACQE/l13JUOxrN7c/s320/SecTildaOpn2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">...it opens again.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I'm also happy to report I was able to work it into another TOMIC challenge. It was so fun to work with all those pretty spring colors...I'm so over winter! It really took forever to get everything sitting "just right" but I'm glad I took the time to make it work.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I'm not really sure the best way to tell you about everything now as I really haven't set this up the way I usually do. All the gold accents are from WOC as well as the flowers. The stamped images are Magnolia(Secretive Tilda and Bird Background) and are colored with copics...sorry most of this was colored when I started so I don't have all the colors. the sentiment is from Whimsy and the die cuts are from Magnolia. The pretty papers are from a 12x12 stack by KandCompany called watercolor boquet.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">That's all for me today. It will probably be a week before I'm back again as I'm going to make a dress for my daughter and that may take me a while...I'm not the best sewer, but I'm determined,lol. I'll post pics when it's finished. Her Christmas skirt turned out pretty good as did the stockings I made so there's hope for me yet. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

I told you I would be back again...tho I'm a bit late I'm afraid :( Had to run some errand and then apparently my son had soccer sign ups today and they didn't send anything home about them, so with no paper I'd forgotten they were coming. At any rate i'm here now and this weeks challenge is: So distressing</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">We have some fabulous sponsors for you this week:</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://ideastoinspire.blogspot.com/">LOTV </a>for NZ/ Aus participants and </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.kennykdownloads.com/">Kenny K </a>and<a href="http://www.littleclaire.co.uk/products.asp?prodcat=130"> Little Claires Designs </a>for our Int participants</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here is what I've come up with...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-J0tXqH85uAg/TzxpCcoEI1I/AAAAAAAACPs/x3OIBmOH_aY/s1600/SgDistress.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="319" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-J0tXqH85uAg/TzxpCcoEI1I/AAAAAAAACPs/x3OIBmOH_aY/s320/SgDistress.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">using <a href="http://www.liliofthevalley.co.uk/acatalog/Stamp_-_Dandelion_Clock.html">DANDELION CLOCK</a> from <a href="http://ideastoinspire.blogspot.com/">LOTV</a>. I've distressed the edges of the papers with my Tim Holtz Distresser and then inked them with distress inks. I've colored her up with copics and left it pretty simple(for now)...I tried putting something in that upper right corner, but nothing made me happy. However it still looks plain to me so don't be suprissed if I update this :)</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Well, that's all for me today. Make sure you stop by the<a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/"> Southern Girls </a>blog to see the rest of the DT creations and see if you can win!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

So much for my being back, huh. It's been crazy around my house and to be honest I've had a bit of a time getting back into things after my time away plus I set out to make some gifts for some people in may family and I got stuck. I felt like if I started anything else I wouldn't get back to it and to be honest...maybe it would have helped. At any rate now they are still not completely finished because we got hit with some really cold weather and I can't clear coat them in the cold, grr. However, I figured at least they are otherwise finished and I can move on. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">So, I've actually had this....</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yLaJ4dXSrX4/TzvkvWDDZwI/AAAAAAAACPc/IhbfAwhVy_o/s1600/CusslySidFv.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="314" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yLaJ4dXSrX4/TzvkvWDDZwI/AAAAAAAACPc/IhbfAwhVy_o/s320/CusslySidFv.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a class="pin-it-button" count-layout="horizontal" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fautumn0725-mycreativeside.blogspot.com%2F2012%2F02%2Fmagnolia-love.html&media=http%3A%2F%2F2.bp.blogspot.com%2F-yLaJ4dXSrX4%2FTzvkvWDDZwI%2FAAAAAAAACPc%2FIhbfAwhVy_o%2Fs1600%2FCusslySidFv.jpg&description=Handmade%20Card%20witn%20Magnolia%20Cuddly%20Siblings%20Image">Pin It</a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><script src="http://assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.js" type="text/javascript">
</script></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
finished for several days now, but I've been swamped. I followed the current sketch at CLP and this actually would have been done sooner were in not for those two pieces of ribbon on the side. I looked and looked thru my stuff before I finally spotted that ribbon and then I wasn't sure if I could put it that far down, but i figure were usually allowed some leeway, so I went with it.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here's a close up of the adorable pair...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-u8i2dJ-WlIg/TzvsIHPT16I/AAAAAAAACPk/zxHFqU7Ohe0/s1600/cuddly+sibCU.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-u8i2dJ-WlIg/TzvsIHPT16I/AAAAAAAACPk/zxHFqU7Ohe0/s320/cuddly+sibCU.jpg" width="283" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Don't you just love them?? I just had to have them! funnily enough I colored them up to resemble skin and hair colors of my husband and myself, but I will never give it to him, that would just be a waste. He does not appreciate these things at all. Although, maybe he will start... Yesterday my daughter and myself took him some homemade chocolates, a ballon, and some other goodies and he came home and said he was the envy of the office.<br />
<br />
Ok, I think I've done enough blabbering now, sorry about that. Clearly I don't get to talk to people enough,lol. Hope you like my card, I'll actually be back a bit later today with another. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!<br />
xxAutumn<br />

Thank you all so very much for hanging in there with me from my long absence. I did end up taking that vacation back home and really needed to spend time with my family so I stayed away from the computer. </div><div style="text-align: center;">However, I can tell you more about that later cause right now I need to tell you about the new challenge going on over at <a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Southern Girls</a>. We have some fabulous sponsors for you this challenge and they are <a href="http://www.tickledpinkstamps.com.au/">Tickled Pink Stamps </a>and <a href="http://artfullcrafts.blogspot.com/">Artful Crafts</a> for Aus/NZ and <a href="http://meljensdesignsdt.blogspot.com/">Meljens</a> for Int entrants. The theme you must follow to join in on the challenge is WOW or White on White.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here is what I came up with...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-uyCYQ7Cv2YM/TxdhU_jqLfI/AAAAAAAACPM/RIVt_X74ugU/s1600/SgWOW.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-uyCYQ7Cv2YM/TxdhU_jqLfI/AAAAAAAACPM/RIVt_X74ugU/s320/SgWOW.jpg" width="317" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
Using Little Lolita Ivy from <a href="http://www.tickledpinkstamps.com.au/">Tickled Pink Stamps</a>. I like to use a lot of sparkle on WOW cards and I remembered I had these pretty MS butterflies and they were perfect! So it's pretty simple, but I like it. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">That's all for me today, but I have to make four birthday cards so I will be back soon! make sure to stop by and check out the rest of the wonderful DT creations at <a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Southern Girls </a>and join our challenge!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

Thank you card using Cinders for the sweet photographer who took pics of my sisters wedding. She took some pics of my family and I and sent me a disk all free of charge, so super nice of her!! I usually take our family photos, but it's really hard to be the one taking the pic and being in it as I don't have the necessary remote. Hope you are having a lovely week. I'm still crazy busy getting ready for Christmas, how about you, getting close yet?? Well I suppose that's not what I'm here to talk about so I should get on with it. Today begins a new Challenge over at <a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Southern Girls</a> and the theme is "Let's Celebrate". That can be any kind of celebration Christmas, Birthday, etc. Here's what I came up with...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ElnqLkfSdqE/TujVD1aSXqI/AAAAAAAACOk/bm_1MzjUC4k/s1600/Celebrate.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="302" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ElnqLkfSdqE/TujVD1aSXqI/AAAAAAAACOk/bm_1MzjUC4k/s320/Celebrate.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">using a sponsor supplied image. This was supposed to be w/o flowers of any sort, but that corner just looked soo empty. I really gotta work on being able to make CAS cards. This is <a href="http://southerngirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Southern Girls </a>last challenge for this year so please stop by and check out the rest of the DT creations and our sponsors Di's Digi's and Stitchy Bear.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Thanks for stopping by today! I'll be back in a couple day's with some Sassy inspiration for you.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

How have you been this week? Sadly myself and DD have been under the weather thus the reason for the continued quite around here. I'm still not quite up to par, but getting there. Earlier this week I made this....</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0LL1YY_29Mo/TuJqXFcneCI/AAAAAAAACN8/tRrTeiw1prg/s1600/TeaseMe.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0LL1YY_29Mo/TuJqXFcneCI/AAAAAAAACN8/tRrTeiw1prg/s320/TeaseMe.jpg" width="172" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">little door hanger using <span style="font-size: large;">Tease Me </span><span style="font-size: small;">from the newest and last set of Simply Sassy's. I've left it simple since it's for a door and will be getting knocked around. I did make sure to use some fun bright colors and lots of pink! I tell ya in a house of four boys I could really use one of these myself...you think it would kill them to knock!!</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;">That about explains her so it's a short post today and there's probably not going to be to much more before Christmas. I have one more Sassy post and that's going to be two projects for you and my Southern Girls challenge coming up this week but that will probably be it for a while. I don't know what I was thinking, but I told my kids I would make their annual Christmas jammies this year(I am not a sewer) and it seems we can't find their stocking so now they want me to make those too....completely winging that one. Shopping is almost done, so that's good, but hubby is gone for one more week so I won't really be able to finish that up til he returns. My Grandfather whose been very ill is up at my moms right now and since that's much closer than where he lives we are going to try to make it up to see him for the holidays. I will try to at least pop in and say hi and if my sewing experiences turn out I'll share them with you...that's a big if though,lol. Wish me luck. I hope all of your holiday plans are coming along and I'll see you back here next week with some more Sassy inspiration!</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine went by super fast...as did my whole week really. Anyway, last week I I got some exciting news which was this...<br />
<br />
<br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-r8cP9LSnpw0/TgMWNGLBUPI/AAAAAAAAAkk/RCHuoFV3eQs/s1600/Guest+Design+Team+Badge.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" border="0" height="139" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-r8cP9LSnpw0/TgMWNGLBUPI/AAAAAAAAAkk/RCHuoFV3eQs/s320/Guest+Design+Team+Badge.png" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Yep, I couldn't believe it, they picked little Ole' me to be Guest Dt member, I was floored!! Still can't really believe it,lol. There are so many gorgeous creations out there and especially on that challenge site it's such an honor. <br />
<br />
I was told we were supposed to use a shaker box in our creation and go along the theme of Christmas. This is what I came up with...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-6Rn-SB-hzQg/TtyDXJ2IasI/AAAAAAAACNk/0S2oaOhW_rk/s1600/IMG_TildaClosed.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-6Rn-SB-hzQg/TtyDXJ2IasI/AAAAAAAACNk/0S2oaOhW_rk/s320/IMG_TildaClosed.jpg" width="246" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a class="pin-it-button" count-layout="horizontal" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fautumn0725-mycreativeside.blogspot.com%2F&media=http%3A%2F%2F4.bp.blogspot.com%2F-6Rn-SB-hzQg%2FTtyDXJ2IasI%2FAAAAAAAACNk%2F0S2oaOhW_rk%2Fs320%2FIMG_TildaClosed.jpg">Pin It</a><br />
<script src="http://assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.js" type="text/javascript">
</script></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I grew up in MN and even though I now live in the south I still think of snow when I think of Christmas. I realized upon completion of this it might not be exactly what they had in mind, but lucky for me they said it was ok, whew! If you frequent my blog you've seen this before and know it's actually and easel card. Here's what this one looks like in it's easel stance...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-RumjBrOluac/TtyDxXIbpfI/AAAAAAAACNs/TtRLfH9ov-A/s1600/AutumnTildaopen+copy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-RumjBrOluac/TtyDxXIbpfI/AAAAAAAACNs/TtRLfH9ov-A/s320/AutumnTildaopen+copy.jpg" width="227" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I decided this time around to put a few dots of stickles on the inside of circles so it didn't look so plain when opened this way...I think it did the trick as I was not completely happy with the last one I made. If you're new around here or didn't get it last time you will find a tutorial for this on my tutorials tab underneath my blog header.<br />
<br />
Well, that's all for today. I'll be back soon with some more Sassy inspiration for you. Thanks for stopping by and make sure you check out the <a href="http://officialmagnoliainspirationchallenge.blogspot.com/">TOMIC</a> challenge and the amazing DT creations!<br />
<br />
Have a wonderful day!<br />

Boy, I forget just how crazy this time of year is for me. My son's birthday was yesterday, so I've been busy preparing for that... sorry it's been so quiet around here. I had planned on having some extra stuff for you, but I guess it will have to wait just a little longer. I do at least have some Sassy inspiration for you and that is this...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mO3efLjnx7c/Ttey06xdjII/AAAAAAAACNM/1NxcDpAFlpI/s1600/Sg1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="268" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mO3efLjnx7c/Ttey06xdjII/AAAAAAAACNM/1NxcDpAFlpI/s320/Sg1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">...Sassy gift box. I was actually just going to make a cute little tag with this beautiful limited edition Season's Greetings stamp, but I thought it would look better if I put it on a gift and well, it evolved,lol.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here's another view...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ClKzu3O5tuc/Ttey2jWZ8_I/AAAAAAAACNU/hpRU7plJQs0/s1600/Sg2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="252" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ClKzu3O5tuc/Ttey2jWZ8_I/AAAAAAAACNU/hpRU7plJQs0/s320/Sg2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I love these gorgeous Christmas papers from MME! The flowers are from WOC and the pearls and lace are from my stash.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here's a closer view...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7tCoNXbaHlM/Ttey35WyHCI/AAAAAAAACNc/WF3q2WP3cR8/s1600/SgCu.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="223" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7tCoNXbaHlM/Ttey35WyHCI/AAAAAAAACNc/WF3q2WP3cR8/s320/SgCu.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I liked the idea of white hair for some reason and since there wasn't much else to color this really came together quickly and will be perfect for one of my sister's gifts. I think this girl's gonna end up on a lot of Christmas stuff!<br />
<br />
That's all for me today! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!<br />

Boy this week has just flown by! We've had a holiday here in the US and I have not stopped all week. First I was preparing for out Thanksgiving feast and then doing my annual Black Friday shopping. To say I'm tired would probably be an under statement, but on a good note, I've got almost all my shopping done, yay!! So i haven't yet gotten to my sassy inspiration for this week which is this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oMtAWMw9vOg/TtEzXatjtpI/AAAAAAAACMc/MPiyl07FdvY/s1600/BcWo.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oMtAWMw9vOg/TtEzXatjtpI/AAAAAAAACMc/MPiyl07FdvY/s320/BcWo.jpg" width="303" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> ... little desk caddy. I liked the idea that this 'Book Club' girl was also an artist and we artists need a place to keep our pencils and such so I cam up with this. the smaller one is magnetic and great for all those little things. Here is a pic of it filled...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vwnq8UKwFqc/TtEzY3jvh5I/AAAAAAAACMk/dplnXvdPOKA/s1600/BcW.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vwnq8UKwFqc/TtEzY3jvh5I/AAAAAAAACMk/dplnXvdPOKA/s320/BcW.jpg" width="280" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">The top one is more true to color. Wouldn't it be nice if these things could just always come out the same. Anyway, the pics don't do it justice, it looks much better IRL. I'm now not completely taken with the flower so I could be changing that, but I do want it to get used, so i don't want to put too much stuff on it. There are some stickles that aren't showing up and I'm going to look for a mini sticky pad to put in the from but then it will be finished. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">That's all for now, but I have some really exciting news to share. I just found and I want to make something to go along with the post, so I'll be back soon with that! Hope all of you in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving and everyone else had a great week! </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

I wanted to get in on <a href="http://officialmagnoliainspirationchallenge.blogspot.com/">TOMIC</a>'s challenge this week and it was to use a paper bag and this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bTXsT7SaYJw/Tsi19kGIVgI/AAAAAAAACK8/DjMr2ilVVRM/s1600/dala_horse.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bTXsT7SaYJw/Tsi19kGIVgI/AAAAAAAACK8/DjMr2ilVVRM/s200/dala_horse.jpg" width="196" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">photo for inspiration. When I first saw this on Monday I had grand intentions for my paper bag...I was going to make an album, however, I got myself busy with too many projects and I didn't have time. It seems though that everyone entering the challenge was infact just dressing up a paper bag and I wanted to do something different. My first idea was a luminaria, but it seems a white bag would have been better and I didn't have one. So, this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;"> ... is what I cam up with. I'm not sure what to call it, but I DID use a paper bag, I just cut it into 3pieces for my project. This is what it looks like on the inside...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

Today's card is from the sneak of the Simply Sassy release coming this weekend. I really love this set and I think you will too. Meet....</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-t5KTtEvypm8/TsVa3PPGARI/AAAAAAAACKI/jCc_E7ASch0/s1600/cinderella2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="317" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-t5KTtEvypm8/TsVa3PPGARI/AAAAAAAACKI/jCc_E7ASch0/s320/cinderella2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #741b47;">Cinderella</span></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #741b47;"><br />
</span></span></div><div style="text-align: center;">Isn't she a beauty!! Guess the card says' it all lol. I really struggled making this one...this was actually my third attempt...terrible right, you ever have days like that?? Of course I wanted to color her pink at first, but then I noticed that was the color my teammate used for her the day before and so I wanted it to be at least a little different. I decided then to use distress inks(attempt#3) and go with blue. I had completely different papers in mind plus a sketch...it wasn't working out. Try #2 the Sugar bowl sketch...loved the papers...I cannot zig-zag stitch and it took me quite some time to come to that conclusion...I have determination issues sometimes. This is number 3 which also didn't go perfectly as I first put the base paper on upside down....yes, it made a difference. So there you have it and now I'm not so sure about those flowers, but i don't hate them either, so I guess they stay.<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #741b47;"><br />
</span></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">At any rate, here's a closer view of little miss Cinderella...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8KW6y7b2fz0/TsVa5O8S7RI/AAAAAAAACKQ/dW1TyAiT9tE/s1600/cinderellaCu.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8KW6y7b2fz0/TsVa5O8S7RI/AAAAAAAACKQ/dW1TyAiT9tE/s320/cinderellaCu.jpg" width="213" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> ...and I think you can tell my coloring is improving a bit. I've decided I think it's a bit easier to color with reinkers and white tipped brushed as I can tell much better how much ink is on there and it's really cutting down on the over saturation. Since I am learning here and maybe some of you are too I will try and remember to share with you things I find helpful.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Here are the colors I used:</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Skin: tattered rose(re-inker), vintage photo(pad)</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">cheeks&lips worn lipstick (re-inker)</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Dress: tumbled glass(pad), pumice stone(re-inker) for shadows</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Hair: scattered straw(re-inker), brushed corduroy (re-inker)</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Eyes: tumbled glass(pad), faded jeans(pad)</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #a64d79;"><br />

Sorry it's been so quiet around here. I had a crazy busy weekend and have had some computer problems, and some DT work to get done, but today it's time to share some of that work! A new Southern Girls challenge starts today and its ...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;">Embellishment Bingo</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Y0e8IDv2upw/TsQyDw8g1lI/AAAAAAAACJ0/VTd0HPylZh4/s1600/BINGO%252BBOARD.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="260" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Y0e8IDv2upw/TsQyDw8g1lI/AAAAAAAACJ0/VTd0HPylZh4/s320/BINGO%252BBOARD.jpg" width="320" /></a><span style="font-size: large;"><br />
</span></div></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;">Here's what I came up with...</span><br />

</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"> ... using die cuts, gems, and ribbon. CAS for me this week, but I like it. Our Sponsors this time around are Southern Girls for NZ/Aus and The Paper Shelter for Int entrants. Make sure you stop by the Southern Girls blog and see the inspiration from the rest of the DT and then see what you can do with the bingo card..</span><br />

How are you today? Well, I hope! For today's post I wanted to share with you how I made the ornament that went with my picnic basket found <a href="http://autumn0725-mycreativeside.blogspot.com/2011/11/holiday-basket-with-suprise-and.html">here</a>. Here's today's finished ornament ...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BlIw05wYg2Y/Trwo-dbN22I/AAAAAAAACE4/u9Q1ix8KXmU/s1600/OrnFv.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BlIw05wYg2Y/Trwo-dbN22I/AAAAAAAACE4/u9Q1ix8KXmU/s320/OrnFv.jpg" width="252" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">and if you want to make your own like this you will need:</div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">1 image(I used Simply Sassy <a href="http://www.funkykits.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1651">Puppy Love</a>)</div><div style="text-align: center;">Spellbinders Nestabilities:</div><div style="text-align: center;">Large Circles-largest one</div><div style="text-align: center;">Lacey Circles-largest one</div><div style="text-align: center;">cardstock</div><div style="text-align: center;">lightweight cardboard(I recycled a waffle box)</div><div style="text-align: center;">ribbon/trim </div><div style="text-align: center;">glue</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">First you will need to cut and color or vice versa your stamped image with the large circle die. Second cut out one each of two different colors(or different shades of same color) and one cardboard piece with the large lacey die. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Choose which of the two colors will be the back color on your ornament and attach it to the cardboard piece...if your recycling like I did make sure the designed side is the one getting the tape as the other will be seen. Now place the remaining lacey piece evenly on top of that piece then turn until the colors are every other like this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GJEkwsxPX_E/Trwo_iIqk6I/AAAAAAAACFA/4iXPMmi8Wm4/s1600/OrnOverlapCu.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GJEkwsxPX_E/Trwo_iIqk6I/AAAAAAAACFA/4iXPMmi8Wm4/s320/OrnOverlapCu.jpg" width="198" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Now you can hold one side and tape the other then switch Next, center your image on top of your collective lacey pieces and tape down. Flip it over and apply a looped hanging string of sorts(ribbon or whatever) to the back. Next, again using the large circle die cut a circle out of your cardboard and place it centered on the back to hid the ribbon that doesn't need to be seen. If you used something a little thicker and have a pretty rounded trim and some pop up dots you can put the trim around the edge of the circle and the dots somewhere central before putting it on the back, like this...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nrduGv8Iz70/Trwphb7H6RI/AAAAAAAACFI/owOdpUsAZTM/s1600/OrnInSide.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="288" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nrduGv8Iz70/Trwphb7H6RI/AAAAAAAACFI/owOdpUsAZTM/s320/OrnInSide.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Well, that's all for me today, hope you've enjoyed my mini tutorial. </div><div style="text-align: center;">My lovely followers and sweet passersby,</div><div style="text-align: center;">I was approached a couple of weeks ago by a company called <a href="http://www.mymemories.com/"><span style="color: cyan;"><span style="font-size: large;">My Memories</span></span></a>. They asked if I would be interested in trying out their digital scrapbooking software <span style="font-size: large;"><a href="http://www.mymemories.com/digital_scrapbooking_software"><span style="color: cyan;">MyMemoriesSuiteV2</span></a></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: cyan;"> </span></span> and host a give away on my blog. To be honest I wasn't too sure at first...I've tried several digital scrapbooking softwares, but have found them all difficult and confusing. I did some nosing around their site read some reviews and decided to give it a go and I'm really glad I did! This software is so easy to use and what's better everything is easily saved in jpeg form so you can use it to make all sorts of things. Here are a couple of pages I made from one of their album set up's...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-KxqEkOp72j4/TrnzVPIU-2I/AAAAAAAACEo/1cJrH5txZlc/s1600/Spoiled-006.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-KxqEkOp72j4/TrnzVPIU-2I/AAAAAAAACEo/1cJrH5txZlc/s320/Spoiled-006.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> I left this page as is, but you can actually change any bits and pieces of it as you like...I think that's awesome!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-cydwbzgOI6A/TrnzdZAJLxI/AAAAAAAACEw/VHZTF5a5cp8/s1600/Spoiled-005.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-cydwbzgOI6A/TrnzdZAJLxI/AAAAAAAACEw/VHZTF5a5cp8/s320/Spoiled-005.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Both of these page set-ups were from the same album, but since I can save them as a jpeg I felt free to use pics of her from different ages and I will actually print them out and use them as pictures for my wall.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Like I said before, scrapbooking isn't all you can do.You can make still movies and add music and with the jpeg option you can print out any papers you like or make your own and use them for whatever you desire. I even found it worked with some existing kits I had and couldn't get to use before!!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Ok, now for the fun part. You can't have a give away w/o some kind of rules, right, and I'd really like you to see what this is all about so go to <a href="http://www.mymemories.com/"><span style="color: cyan;"><span style="font-size: large;">www.MyMemories.com</span></span></a> have a look around and come back here and leave me a comment about what your favorite paper pack/template/wordart... whatever it may be, is, and I will draw a random winner next Wednesday the 16th. If you decide you want to try this program out NOW I was given a special coupon code<span style="color: magenta;">***</span>STMMMS33379<span style="color: magenta;">***</span> to share with you. This coupon is good for a $10 discount off the purchase of the <a href="http://www.mymemories.com/digital_scrapbooking_software"><span style="color: cyan;"><span style="font-size: large;">MyMemoriesSuiteV2 software</span></span></a> and a $10 coupon for the <a href="http://mymemories.com/"><span style="color: cyan;"><span style="font-size: large;">MyMemories.com</span></span></a> store.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Thanks everyone for stopping by today, I look forward to reading your comments and giving away this software to one lucky reader! See you tomorrow!!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

This weeks challenge over at <a href="http://officialmagnoliainspirationchallenge.blogspot.com/">TOMIC</a> was to make a basket and the second I saw Angela's I knew I had to try and make one like hers!! She made a basket with an actual basket weave and it looked like a picnic basket, sooo cute, you can see it <a href="http://mymagnoliasbyangela.blogspot.com/">here.</a> Thank you Angela for the inspiration!! Now, I went to her blog to see if she gave any sort of directions, but no such luck! She did say she used one inch strips of paper so I started from there and this...<br />
<br />

</script></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
... is how mine turned out. I thought some others of you might like to know how I made this, so I took some pics and notes along the way and have made a little tutorial on this which you can find <a href="http://autumn0725-mycreativeside.blogspot.com/p/tutorials.html">here </a>in my tutorials page.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-H-hK5lOyV1k/TrSaWIAA-LI/AAAAAAAACDk/pmOsqhtbBfE/s1600/Basket+Side+View.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="275" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-H-hK5lOyV1k/TrSaWIAA-LI/AAAAAAAACDk/pmOsqhtbBfE/s320/Basket+Side+View.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">This little Edwin is actually an ornament. He's attached using some twine(nicely hidden) so all the recepient needs to do is untie it and remove the twine and and then they have a cute little ornament for their tree.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-aoykQD6tFm0/TrSaix4dRnI/AAAAAAAACDs/jhRFwCLf93I/s1600/BasketEdwinCu.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-aoykQD6tFm0/TrSaix4dRnI/AAAAAAAACDs/jhRFwCLf93I/s320/BasketEdwinCu.jpg" width="254" /></a></div><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here's a close up of this Awesome Edwin!! This is distress inks attempt 2(if your're following me) and as you can tell I'm not grasping the whole really dark to really light concept. Perhaps I've been working with copics for too long. I wanted to get into these for that look, but when I'm coloring it just doesn't look right and I can't get myself to do it, grrr! Just keep trying, just keep trying...eventually I will get it,lol. Hope you like him anyway. <br />
<br />
Here are a couple more views of my basket...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0J4JkHGhMw8/TrSa4u52tJI/AAAAAAAACD0/W1v_Z7g0MA0/s1600/Basket+Magnet.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="221" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0J4JkHGhMw8/TrSa4u52tJI/AAAAAAAACD0/W1v_Z7g0MA0/s320/Basket+Magnet.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>Has a magnetic opening on one side to make it easier to put/take things in/out.<br />

Here you can see the twin holding the ornament and the side view of the ornament...I will def be making more of these themselves!!<br />
