My Family

I walked down my hall just now and saw this pic... since it's one of my faves, I thought I should share.  This is my son, Alex, at six months.  You would not believe what I went through to get those bubbles, but I think it was worth it.  This was my first attempt at a 'professional type' photo and I was and still am quite please with it.  This hangs just outside my bathroom door...quite fitting, I think. 

More favs of Alex!  He is two here.  If you've ever tried to take a photograph of a 2yr old, you know how frustrating that can be. So, I basically just let him be, with the exception that he was not supposed to go into the water, and snapped away.  I just love how these turned out, a kid... being a kid.  Of course, they have been tweeked, changed the colors and what not, but otherwise these were all him, showing me who he was and now I'll always have these wonderful memories! 

Here's my Hunter.  He's six here(seven now),  and quite the little poser when he wants to be! Again, he is being himself.  I asked him to squat down like that and then we just talked.

One last one for today, This is Tillie.  She's about 7months here.  I saw this pettidress at the mall and I just couldn't resist! She's a little too small for it right now, but I can't wait until it really fits her.  This photo is not edited, but I just love it!  I've already made a frame it and it's on display.
